2.1 Age Requirement. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. v12bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the v12bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. v12bet is not liable for any adverse consequences arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). v12bet may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC procedures within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the v12bet platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. v12bet does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. v12bet reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts associated with restricted jurisdictions without prior notice.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v12bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify v12bet support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function.
3.3 v12bet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from v12bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.4 Account balances and bet history are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. You accept that the displayed MYR balance is the authoritative record of your account funds.
4.1 Deposits. Deposits to your v12bet account may be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. 4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. v12bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times are stated on the withdrawal page. v12bet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.
4.3 Responsible Use of Funds. Only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. v12bet is not a savings or investment vehicle. Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are available for withdrawal at any time subject to these terms, active wagering requirements from accepted bonuses, and completion of KYC procedures.
4.4 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. v12bet will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such fee is applied.
5.1 All bets placed on the v12bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or voided by the Member except where expressly provided for in the applicable rules (for example, cash-out functionality where available).
5.3 v12bet reserves the right to void any bet placed where: (a) the bet was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, stake limits, or game information; (b) the event has already commenced or concluded at the time of bet placement; (c) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, insider information, or fraud; or (d) the bet violates any applicable rules or regulatory requirements.
5.4 The outcome of all live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — is determined by certified live dealer procedures or certified Random Number Generators operated by v12bet's licensed third-party game providers. v12bet does not control or influence the outcome of any game.
5.5 Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per market as specified in the platform's betting rules. v12bet reserves the right to restrict bet amounts on any market for any individual account.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by v12bet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 v12bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Member's account prior to any such withdrawal or modification shall be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.4 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or the use of third-party bonus exploitation systems — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9.1 The v12bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v12bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.3 v12bet's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by v12bet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 v12bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without notice, where v12bet has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.
10.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting the v12bet support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Where an account is closed by v12bet as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, v12bet reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation and to forfeit balances derived from prohibited conduct.
